Sree Narayana Guru College of Engineering and Technology is a premier Self- Financed Engineering Institution established in the year 2003 by Sree Bhakthi Samvardhini Yogam, a registered Charitable Organization with more than 4000 members, functioning in Kannur since 1907. The College was named after the Great Saint and Social Reformer of Kerala, Sree Narayana Guru Devan (1855-1928), who was instrumental in the formation of Sree Bhakthi Samvardhini Yogam. Mr. K.P Balakrishnan and Mr.K.P Pavithran hold the posts of President and Secretary of managing body respectively.

The College is located in a picturesque and tranquil village called KOROM, 5 Kilometers towards North East of the town of Payyanur, tucked away from noise and pollution. The sprawling lush green campus is unique in scenic beauty with a panoramic vision of the hills and greenery around it. Training and Placement unit in the college enables students to get placement in reputed firms.
